Make a PDF from your photographs or scans
Add JPEG photos, order the documents with the list arrows, and choose a page size and margin. Images keep their proportions instead of stretching to fill the paper. Browser decoding applies supported orientation information before the picture is embedded. Export a new PDF without replacing your photos. This workflow is not OCR: it does not create searchable text from a photograph of a page.
How to use this tool
- Add files
- Paper size
A predictable local workflow
Start by choosing the tool that matches the job. Add files through the picker or drop them into the document area. File contents are checked as well as their names. Use the document list to switch files and control which PDFs a batch includes. A failed file remains visible with a reason; it does not become a successful download. Results are new files, and clearing the workspace releases its temporary previews and prepared output.
Choose the output deliberately
Page editing and signature-image placement use the original pages, while compression deliberately makes an image-only copy. Image-to-PDF lays out pictures on new pages. These choices have different effects, so keep an original copy and inspect important results before sending them. Remove document properties clears Info and XMP metadata, not personal information printed in the document, image EXIF embedded in retained PDF content, or every possible identifier. It is not a redaction tool.
Practical limits, not an upload service
Work runs in a local worker and can be cancelled. Desktop limits include 50 MiB and 200 pages per PDF, 10 MiB and 16 megapixels per image, and 100 MiB total source files. Touch devices use smaller limits. Complex page geometry, interactive forms, digital signatures, bookmarks, tags, attachments and active PDF actions are outside this first version. If a file is refused, use a compatible document or a dedicated editor; the tool does not ask you to upload it elsewhere.
Privacy and offline use
The hosted edition loads static code and engine resources from its own site, but document bytes, filenames, signature images and settings are not sent to an API. There are no analytics scripts or remote fonts in this edition. For use without a connection, download the offline package first and open the matching HTML file in a compatible browser. External links to OpusDesk Hub are optional navigation, not part of processing. Public search engines can index these instructions and tool pages, not your private files.
Questions, answered
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files and signatures are processed locally. Only the website’s own static assets are loaded.
Does compression keep selectable text?
No. It creates image-only pages at 144 dpi. Use page editing if you need to keep ordinary selectable text.
Can I edit a protected or signed PDF?
No. Encrypted, digitally signed and interactive-form PDFs are refused.
Can I use it offline?
Yes: download the offline ZIP, extract it, and open its HTML edition in a supported browser. No Node.js or server is needed.
Is a signature image a digital signature?
No. It is a visible image embedded in page content, not a certificate-based signature or identity verification.
